Gold Crown Vacations, LLC (GCV) is an International family of Private Members Only Vacation Clubs organized for the purpose of uniting Bankcard customers from around the world in order to create a collective body of like-minded individuals’ and families whom through that same collective body represent an organization,(BBI) that has greater purchasing power than that of the individual. Through exclusive contracts held by GCV and its licenses with 3rd party travel and product vendors; Upgraded Bankcard Members of Bankcard Benefits International, through a subscription upgrade service are able to directly access all of the benefits and privileges represented within the 3rd party agreements and contracts held exclusively by GCV. All benefits and privileges within the BBI/GCV website shall be made available to all upgraded Bankcard Benefits International Subscription Members. Licensed BBI Subscription Members through the use of the BBI private label websites shall for security purposes, access the BBI/GCV Members Only website by use of a personal username and password only.

BBI Licensed Subscription Membership terms shall be determined at the time of initial registration, (month to month). BBI and/or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC do not sell travel or any other related products directly or indirectly to any Bankcard Subscription Upgraded Members. For a predetermined fee, BBI through contracts with GCV provides the internet software portal that allows BBI/GCV Subscription Upgraded Members’ the ability to access those vendors and 3rd party resort providers that have specific licenses with GCV to provide its members discounts that otherwise would not be available to the general public. When negotiating with vendors, GCV on behalf of BBI makes every effort to use the size and power of its collective membership base to negotiate the best possible discounts and pricing for all BBI Upgraded Subscription Members. As an example of the success of price negotiations by GCV, please refer to “Comparisons” on the BBI Upgraded Subscription Member web site.

A valid BBI Membership, regardless of the length of term shall allow said member and their immediate family (spouse and children residing at home) access to the BBI/GCV-Members Only benefits area where all: Luxury Condo/Resort Inventory Weeks, Cruises, Car Rentals, Event Tickets, Hotel Nights, Airline Tickets and any and all other benefits and or privileges offered by vendors are available. These benefits and privileges expressly provided to BBI Upgraded Subscription Members are subject to availability as well as the regulations and restrictions of the individual resorts including occupancy limits. All fees are subject to change pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of Gold Crown Vacations licensing agreements. BBI Upgraded Subscription Membership fees shall be guaranteed not to increase in cost to you above the original monthly subscription price as offered as of this date by BBI and GCV. BBI Subscription Members shall be provided with a “user name” and “password”, so as to have full “unrestricted access” to all internet booking portals and booking engines as provided by GCV on behalf of BBI. Reservations and confirmations are in real time and are immediate and sent to BBI Upgraded Members email address.

The BBI Upgraded Subscription Member acknowledges that his or her Licensed Subscription Membership is solely for personal use and said Member further acknowledges that this Upgrade / Agreement / Membership does not give the BBI Subscription Member any interest in land, property, a travel agency or a vacation resort.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The BBI Upgraded Subscription Member shall not resell, rent or broker any travel services or products obtained through BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC (jointly “Brokering”).BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC may immediately give notice of intent to terminate this Agreement if it determines, in its sole and unfettered discretion that the BBI Upgraded Subscription Member is brokering, (reselling reservations, accommodations or products). If the BBI Upgraded Subscription Member is in default of any term of this Agreement, and this default is not remedied within 30 days after receipt by the Member of notice of such default, BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC has the right to suspend the BBI Upgraded Subscription Member’s privileges until BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations; LLC is satisfied that the default has been rectified. Should default continue for more than 30 days after notice, BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without any further notice. Should Agreement be suspended or terminated, the Member shall not be entitled to any refund of any partial month’s subscription. At no time due to a violation of this Agreement, shall the BBI Upgraded Subscription Member lose any confirmed or paid reservation or products obtained through BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC. The Terms and Conditions of this contract represent the entire agreement for BBI Upgraded Subscription Membership which shall be administered by GCV.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
It is understood that in an effort to stop “reservation abuse,” BBI Upgraded Subscription Members booking resort accommodations may be asked to post a reservation deposit or full payment at the time a reservation is made. Payment is not made to BBI or GCV; payments are made directly to the Resort or Member Only Vendor. This request may be made in order to assure availability of the proposed accommodations or reservations. Your form of payment will not be charged unless your chosen accommodations are available in real time at the time of booking. If an Upgraded Subscription Member cancels a confirmed reservation, that Member may lose his or her reservation deposit; and may be charged a cancellation or change fee depending upon the type of confirmed reservation. These rules and regulations are posted within the website and are fully disclosed, Resort by Resort. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled by a Resort or any other travel provider, for any reason, any refund to the Member shall be limited to the amount paid prior to the cancellation. BBI and or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC reserves the right from time-to-time to increase, modify, or amend the benefits and services, which it provides to its members. Neither BBI or Gold Crown Vacations, LLC are agents for any vendor, Resort, Hotel, Cruise Line or other provider of BBI Upgraded Member Subscription benefits and are not responsible for their representations or performance. In the event a BBI Member needs to cancel their reservation or change it to another date we ask that you contact support@goldcrownvacations.com. Support will always do whatever they can do for all BBI Members. We advise you to first place a hold on resort inventory before confirming reservations. You can place a hold on Luxury Resorts #1 reservations for up to 24 hours free of charge.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Any BBI Upgraded Subscription Member, for any reason, at any time, may cancel their Membership and no further payments shall be due. There are no partial month refunds. Any products, travel, vacations or resorts reserved and paid for into the future by said Member shall be valid for the dates confirmed. No BBI Member that cancels his or her Membership shall lose their paid products or reservation confirmations. To cancel your BBI Upgraded Licensed Subscription Membership; Once you are logged-in to the Members Only site you will have a button on the main menu toolbar that says, “My Account.” Within this area is where you will be able to cancel your membership.
NOTE: As with any program at times there can be abuse regarding the Members ability to cancel anytime, therefore any Member that cancels his or her Membership and then at a later date desires to once again become a Member of the BBI, that person may be subject to a reinstate-ment fee of $200.00 plus their regular Upgraded Licensed Subscription payments as set forth at the time of reinstatement.
